Are you looking for a good Business School? Consider the following 10 criteria: 

1) Highly qualified faculty members - backbone of an excellent business school is quality of professors & lecturers. All of them should understand the requirement of industry, marketing, marketing research, importance of human resource, quantitative, qualitative, direct & indirect research, conventional & unconventional careers. 

2) Infrastructure at par with global standard, like well stocked library, spacious class rooms & computer labs with excellent bandwidth. 

3) Profile of the promoters.

4) Campus recruitment & placement record. Number of companies visited campus last year. Focus on course curriculum, delivery mechanism & knowledge generation. 

5) Value addition workshops to increase the knowledge base of students.

6) Very specific teaching related to basic economics & finance (50 % questions asked in the interview are related to finance & economics to check the fundamentals of studies). 

7) Presentation skill & public speaking developing classes.

8) Industry partnership & industry integrated teaching so that the institute should proactively involve itself in the working of the corporate that is industry interface. 

9) In a capitalistic economy, industry accreditation is given more importance as compared to government accreditation. 

10) Location of the Institute proximity to Industrial hub. For example, Delhi & NCR in catering over 30 % placement of MBA Graduates.
