Video: Who would you hire - An extract from my speech "How much do Soft Skills really matter?"

Last Saturday, 25th June 2011 I held another presentation at the Delhi Gymkhana Club. The topic was "Soft Skills for Kids - How much do they really matter?" Due to the high demand from my previous presentation I have been re-invited. This time also kids, not just adults were part of the audience. It was very interesting to listen to the audience's opinions when I posted the question: WHO WOULD YOU HIRE?

The dilemma: Who would you hire?

There are 2 students, a young man and a young lady. They are both 24 years old. If you were an employer, who would you hire?

* The young man is an excellent student, he rewards himself with a nice holiday at the beach every year.

* The young lady is an average student, she uses her holidays every year to work.
