A Job Interview Simulation

This job interview simulation has been designed to help improve student's interview skills by providing them with opportunities to experience a variety of simulated interview scenarios.

It was developed to replicate a 'real' interview to enable students to access, prepare and practice at a time and place of their choice. Students can attempt the simulation on multiple occasions and each time experience a different randomised set of questions.

In the 'interview', the students are asked a series of questions that they must respond to by typing in a text box. They are timed for each question but are still able to complete their response.

At the end of each interview simulation, students can print the set of interview questions asked, along with their individual responses and some suggested feedback and strategies in preparation for the real thing.

The Job Interview Simulation have been developed for the Careers and Employment unit and are used by students in enrolled in the 'Careers in Curriculum' Blackboard subjects.
