* What financial issues do you grapple with and how do you overcome them? That's what my accountant is for.

* Whom do you turn to for advice and empathy? My husband, publicist, confidants.

* What was the worst project you ever worked on and why? Are none.

* What was the best project you ever worked on and why? Too many to pin point.

* What do you say when people ask about "your job"? I teach people ways to outclass their competition and make them more competitive in both business and social environments.

* What's the best thing about being an Etiquette Professional? I get to teach.

* What is the worst thing about being an Etiquette Professional? I get to teach but people don't always like following rules.

* Do you have any advice for other Etiquette Professionals? Become one.

* What's your guiding philosophy? The Golden Rule: treat others in ways you want to be treated.
