Before I started reading William’s blog I was wondering “Is there any difference to female etiquette consultants’ blogs?” (since the etiquette industry looks to be dominated by women). My conclusion? Considering the fact, that two male etiquette professionals (William and Jay Remer) are publishing their discussion of etiquette differences, tells me that guys might be a bit more team-orientated. I haven’t come across a similar example by reading female etiquette consultants’ blogs so far. This should not be a critique but just an interesting observation. 

Would I change something? Even though my eyesight is perfect, a bigger font would have made it easier. 

• What I particularly liked: 

• He wrote about personal life situations and current affairs by analyzing and discussing them regarding etiquette.
• The link provided to videos on youtube (channel: www.youtube.com/modernmanners) and radio programs. 
• The recommendation of an etiquette book (I heard a lot about Forni’s book. Now I’m definitely going to buy it soon).
• The answers given to various etiquette dilemmas. 
• Some interesting general information and comparisons regarding the etiquette industry in US and UK. 
• Interesting survey results (living in the UK myself) about the manners of British people.
• The series of “Conversation with Jay - Etiquette across the pond,” in my opinion is the strongest part in this blog followed by the videos. I wished further (similar) discussions could be published with Etiquette peers from Asia (India, China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, etc.). That would be truly enriching.
