Etiquette Question: Your host at a business dinner makes a toast to you. What should you do?

Do not drink to yourself. However, after everyone has drunk, you then raise your glass and return the toast to the host, at which time you can drink.

What an honor to receive a toast.

The guest of honor remains seated, and does pick up their glass. The guest of honor rises to return the toast after the guest have finished drinking the toast to them. The guest thanks the host, then invites the guest to join him/her in a toast to the host. The host remains seated and does not drink from his/her glass.
