Etiquette Question: You are being served a bowl with slices of lemon and warm water. What is it used for and how do you use it?
It's a finger bowl and you simply rub the tips of your fingers in the water when you've finished and then dry them with your napkin.

I would add that you want to rinse and dry one hand at a time, not both at once.
