Job Interview Question: With what type of people do you have the most difficulty dealing?
* I am flexible and adapt to most people. However, stubborn people do not inspire me.
* I prefer to work with people who are open and honest, even when a situation is difficult.
* I make it a point to clear up any source of misunderstanding, which makes it easy to deal with anyone.
* Misunderstanding comes from bad communication, so I make it a point to keep people around me informed.
