Job Interview Question: What is your opinion on the importance of academic degrees?


What about the following answers?

  • Necessary, but not sufficient.
  • I prefer to be judged by my work achievements and my personality.
  • Human qualities (like personality traits and skills) are as important as education.
  • They are excellent when matched with professional experience.
