Job Interview Question: How would you describe your last boss?
Remember that bad-mouthing your last boss would not help you in a job interview. On the contrary, your interviewer might think you might talk about him the same way one day ...... So always talk positive.
* A very competent person who knows his job.
* An excellent specialist in the field.
* A very efficient person who is well organised and with whom I loved working.
* A person who has excellent relationships with his subordinates and people in general.
* Due to the nature of my job, we had limited contact. Our relationship was satisfactory but not overly personal.
