Job Interview Question: How much time will you need before you are fully operational?
Have a look at the following answers:
* For the daily work, immediately. For more specific issues, the time needed to learn more about the files, your company, and your customers.
* The time needed to thoroughly study the files.
* I usually adapt myself fairly quickly: Let's assume between .... and .... weeks.
* To be your ....(e.g. secretary)? Immediately.
* Before I can answer you, I would like to ask you two questions. (Ask them.)
