Job Interview Question: Why did you quit your last job?


This is a question you should definitely be prepared for.....

* I have always worked in very stimulating situations where I had to commit myself. I realised this would not be the case in the next two or three years if I remained there. 

* I have just received from my employer a promotion that does not match what I want: They offered me a staff position, and believe I am better suited for a management position.

* For strategic and budgetary reasons, my division is being eliminated.

* My professional knowledge was not used. I want to use it in your field.
