Job Interview Question: What is your work style?
This question can be answered in various ways:
* "The one that is most appropriate for the situation."
* I am usually very efficient in two situations: as a member of a team and working under stress."
* Do you want to know my style of interacting with others or my way of approaching a problem?"
* I am usually considered .... (mention three qualities).
* A positive style, of course!"
