Job Interview Question: How do you respond when your ideas are rejected?

Possible answers are as follows:

* I negotiate a compromise.

* I try to understand the reason and readjust my sales pitch.

* I modify them and use another avenue to try again.

* I suggest other possibilities.

* I keep the key components of my proposal and I modify the rest.

* I stand firm if I am convinced I am right.

* I use the opportunity to question myself.
