Job Interview Question: Why were you fired from your last job?
If this happened to you, you have various options of answering this question. See below:
* The project for which I was responsible was completed. I saw it to the end.
* My division was moved.
* I was not doing some of the things I needed to do. I took responsibility for this and am much improved.
* My employer has not been able to offer me a job matching my professional objectives.
* I turned down a proposal for which my skills would not have been used profitably.
* The division to which I belonged was completely eliminated.
* My employer believed my experience would allow me to find a job more easily than other members of the organisation. The proof is that I am in your office!
