Job Interview Question: How do you react when you realise that you have made a mistake?


When making mistakes .... how do we react to them normally? Possible answers are:


* I discuss the situation with my supervisor and develop a strategy so I don"t repeat my mistake.

* I pause to analyse the situation and then take corrective steps.

* I study the consequences and then react. 

* I assume my responsibility and get back to work again.

* I ask for the opinions and advice of friends and co-workers.
