Job Interview Question: What interests you most about this job?


There are many ways how you can answer this question during a job interview. Let me give you four possible answers:


* This job interests me because of the tasks involved; your company interests me because of its strategy and values. 

* This job is the logical continuation of the past eight years I have spent as a ...... (e.g. Marketing Executive).

* This job corresponds to what I have been interested in for a long time: a good balance between short- and long-term activities. 

* I like this job because it uses both my enthusiasm and knowledge.
