Discussion: What are the 5 most important lessons you learnt in your career?
1.) Praising people can motivate immensely.....
2.) Be different in order to stand out, be one step ahead. Don't be the best, be the first!
3.) That in the end it’s all about marketing. Whether selling yourself in an interview in order to get the job, convincing people to buy something or getting people to join you in something. Think in terms of BENEFIT!
4.) Sometimes it’s not about what you know, but who you know!
5.) Passion and enthusiasm is what makes ordinary people, extraordinary! Do what you love!
